Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a part-time Patient Concierge to champion a patient-centric experience in our Kentucky clinics.

You will greet patients, assist with check-in, scheduling, MyChart education, and real-time eligibility verification, and support cash collection at point of service. Ideal candidates bring excellent communication and service orientation, comfortable with fast-paced environments, and a commitment to compassionate care while coordinating with Access

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of practice-based healthcare experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and empathy with patients.

Responsibilities

• Engages patients in polite, prompt, and compassionate manner during interactions.
• Performs clerical tasks: check-in/check-out, pre-registration, scheduling and MyChart education.
• Supports cash collection and real-time eligibility verification at point of service.
