Responsibilities

• Engages patients with polite, prompt, and compassionate service.
• Handles check-in/check-out, pre-registration, and real-time eligibility verification.
• Provides waiting room concierge service and assists with MyChart education and scheduling.
• Supports practice opening/closing, mail processing, cash handling, and faxes indexing.
• Coordinates with Access Center and care team for time-sensitive requests.
