Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy in Gowanus is seeking a Care Coordinator to welcome patients and manage appointment flow. You will respond to calls and emails within 2 hours and guide patients through out-of-network processes, delivering a high-touch, 5-star service in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth appointment flow.
