Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified Care Coordinator at our Midtown- W 44th St location to support patient care and ensure a welcoming environment. You will greet patients, manage front-desk flow, and help with insurance/navigation tasks.

The role requires responding to calls and emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours, delivering hospitality and 5-star service. A collaborative, people-focused team culture is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.

• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.

• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.
