Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy in Dumbo, NY is seeking a Care Coordinator to welcome patients, manage appointment flow, and support seamless out‑of‑network experiences.

You will answer calls and emails promptly, coordinate care with clinicians, and uphold Spear’s 5‑star service culture. Ideal candidates have customer service experience, strong communication, and a collaborative spirit; BA/BS is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team‑oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi‑task.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through the out‑of‑network experience.
• Greet patients who enter the clinic with a smile.
• Execute 5‑star customer service.
