Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitality, welcoming, and team-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail and willingness to grow.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued while managing appointment flow.
• Respond to phone calls and emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through the out-of-network experience and greet all patients with a smile.
• Execute 5-star customer service and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
