Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified Care Coordinator for our Gowanus clinic. You will welcome patients, manage appointment flow, and respond to calls and emails promptly, ensuring a 5‑star patient experience.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and clear, empathetic communication to support patients through our care process and out‑of‑network experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Hospitable, welcoming and team‑oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued while managing appointment flow.
• Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours, and within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through the out‑of‑network experience and greet patients entering the clinic with a smile.
• Deliver 5‑star customer service and foster a collaborative, community environment.
