Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a Care Coordinator to join the team part-time at our E 84th St. location in the Upper East Side. The role focuses on welcoming patients, guiding them through the out-of-network experience, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, strong communication, and a detail-oriented mindset, with BA/BS degree preferred but not required. Benefits are offered to support growth and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• A strong attention to detail and willingness to grow.

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone calls and emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through the out-of-network experience and greet patients entering the clinic.
• Provide 5-star customer service and foster a collaborative environment for patients and staff.
