• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours, and always within 24 hours.
• Greet all patients entering the clinic and guide them through the out-of-network experience.
• Provide 5-star customer service and support patient care.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth flow of appointments and patient experience.
