Qualifications

• US work authorization.
• Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and guests.
• Checking in visitors and assisting with forms.
• Collecting co-pays.
• Updating patient information in the EMR.
• Scheduling and rescheduling appointments in the EMR.
• Managing phone lines and outgoing calls as instructed.
• Handling faxes in the electronic fax system.
• Keeping Welcome and Community Room areas clean.
• Occasional float to other centers in the region.
• Other duties as assigned.
