Qualifications

• Strong computer skills including basic Google Suite usage.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other local languages.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and guests.
• Check-in and assist with required forms.
• Collect co-pays and update patient information in EMR.
• Schedule/reschedule appointments in EMR.
• Manage phone lines and outbound calls.
• Handle faxes and mail distribution.
• Maintain cleanliness of Welcome/Community Rooms.
• Occasionally float to other centers in the region.
• Other duties as assigned.
