Job summary

Starkey Retail in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face of the clinic and guide patients through their hearing journey. You will manage schedules, patient accounts, and records while coordinating events that engage the community.

As part of the Clinic Team, you’ll lead front office operations, support retention efforts, maintain confidential information, and ensure a smooth, HIPAA-compliant patient experience from check-in to follow-up appointments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service or retail position preferred.
• Proficient with clinic software and MS 365.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk.
• Manage clinic schedules and patient accounts.
• Coordinate events and patient retention activities.
• Maintain accurate patient records per guidelines.
• Handle accounts receivable, deposits, and inventory.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and privacy.
• Support clinic team and participate in daily huddles.
