Job summary

Starkey Retail in the Houston area seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face of the clinic, manage the front office, schedule, patient accounts and records, and support retention efforts across our Circleville and Reynoldsburg clinics. You will ensure a smooth patient journey from check-in to follow-ups with high service standards.

The role requires strong communication, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to multitask while coordinating with the Clinic Team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service or retail position preferred.
• Proficient computer skills with experience in Sycle, Pay Junction or Microsoft 365.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Receive patients into the clinic and greet them warmly.
• Answer phones with a standard greeting and script.
• Manage patient schedule, intake forms, and PMS updates.
• Oversee front office operations, events, and patient education.
• Handle patient accounts receivable, deposits, and inventory.
• Assist with marketing outreach and retention activities.
