You will work closely with PEG clinicians to ensure accurate pre-testing and product care steps, contributing to a positive patient experience from first touch to purchase.

Successful candidates have an associate degree or higher, strong communication, and a passion for patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher or enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of customer service experience with patients or customers.
• Effective communication with diverse groups.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and positive demeanor.
• Problem-solving skills for patient concerns.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a team.
• Flexible schedule; hours determined by business needs.
• Interest in technology and innovations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding patient experience and support store goals.
