Job summary

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified Care Coordinator for our Astoria– Broadway location. You will welcome patients, manage appointment flow, and ensure every interaction reflects a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities include promptly responding to calls and emails, guiding patients through the out-of-network experience, and delivering 5-star customer service while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Hospitable, welcoming and team-oriented personality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Great attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients entering the clinic and make them feel welcomed and valued.
• Respond to phone calls and emails within 2 hours, and within 24 hours at latest.
• Guide patients through the out-of-network experience and explain processes clearly.
• Deliver 5-star customer service and support peers to create a collaborative environment.
