Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified Care Coordinator for the Astoria- Broadway location to welcome patients and support care flow. You will respond to calls and emails quickly and guide patients through the out-of-network experience with a friendly, patient-centered approach.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, strong communication, and a detail-oriented mindset, with a collaborative spirit to support staff and patients in a high-volume clinic.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and value patients while guiding appointment flow.
• Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours.
• Greet patients entering the clinic with a smile.
• Provide 5-star customer service and foster a collaborative team environment.
