Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified Care Coordinator for our Jackson Heights, Queens clinic. You will welcome patients, respond to calls and emails within 2 hours and guide them through our out-of-network process, delivering attentive, 5-star service.

As part of a collaborative team, you will assist with scheduling flow, communicate clearly with patients and staff, and ensure every visitor feels valued and supported in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is essential for welcoming and guiding patients.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented attitude is valued for collaboration.
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking ability are required to manage calls, emails, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone calls and emails within 2 hours, and within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through the out-of-network experience and scheduling flow.
• Maintain a 5-star customer service standard and create a welcoming clinic environment.
