• Familiar with EMR systems, especially Epic.

Responsabilidades

• Develops/Manages processes & systems - assists with contracts and physician enrollment.
• Coordinates enrollment in managed care plans.
• Ensures compliance of negotiated contracts with payors.
• Follows up and resolves payment issues with insurance payors.
• Acts as a liaison between physician offices and insurance payors.
• Schedules, coordinates and documents PHO related meetings.
• Maintains tracking logs for insurance payor issues.
• Oversees PHO phone line and responds to urgent physician office issues.
• Maintains satisfactory attendance and punctuality.
• Adapts to changing situations and work assignments.
