AdaptHealth is seeking a Patient Liaison in California to support hospital and home deliveries of medical equipment, educate patients on equipment use, verify insurance benefits, and explain financial responsibilities using our digital tools.

You will build relationships with patients, referral sources, and hospital staff while ensuring timely deliveries and accurate paperwork. A high school diploma is required, with healthcare exposure preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year healthcare, administrative, insurance, customer service, or management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence.

Mansioni

• Be knowledgeable of AdaptHealth policies and procedures.
• Represent AdaptHealth professionally with patients, referral sources, and hospital staff.
• Maintain and increase revenue from hospital/facility orders.
• Develop knowledge of home equipment, insurance guidelines, eligibility, and reimbursement.
• Fulfill equipment orders; ensure equipment is clean, working, and paperwork is complete.
• Deliver/pick up supplies and equipment in a timely, courteous manner.
