Job summary

AdaptHealth LLC is seeking a Patient Liaison to support patient service delivery, equipment distribution, and marketing activities across hospital settings. You will verify insurance, communicate financial responsibilities, process payments, and train patients on equipment use.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of work related to health care, administrative, insurance, customer services, or management.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Represent AdaptHealth professionally with patients, referral sources, and hospital staff.
• Fulfill equipment orders and ensure correct delivery, paperwork, and patient instructions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use and maintenance.
• Initiate insurance verification and explain patient financial responsibilities.
• Process credit/debit payments using electronic tools and collect outstanding amounts.
• Promote products and services during sales/service rounds within hospital facilities.
