Job summary

AdaptHealth, LLC is seeking a Patient Liaison to handle customer service, equipment deliveries in hospital settings, and marketing activities. You will verify patient insurance benefits, collect payments, and clearly communicate patient financial responsibilities using AdaptHealth tools.

You will educate patients on equipment use, assist with referrals, and promote services across hospital facilities, maintaining HIPAA compliance and professional standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• One year of work related to health care, administrative, insurance, customer services, or management.

Responsibilities

• Represent AdaptHealth professionally in face-to-face patient interactions.
• Manage hospital/facility orders and ensure timely delivery of equipment.
• Explain insurance benefits and patient financial responsibilities.
• Process payments and obtain required signatures on paperwork.
• Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use and service options.
• Promote products and services to referral sources within hospitals.
