Job summary

AdaptHealth, LLC is seeking a Patient Liaison to support customer service, equipment delivery, and related marketing activities. You will deliver medical equipment to patients, educate on use, verify insurance benefits, and communicate financial responsibilities using AdaptHealth tools.

You will also assist in promoting services within hospital settings and maintain accurate delivery records. The role requires strong communication, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of healthcare, admin, insurance, customer service, or management experience preferred.
• DME, diabetes, incontinence sales knowledge is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medical equipment to patients and educate on use.
• Verify patient insurance benefits and explain financial responsibility.
• Process equipment orders and ensure correct paperwork and delivery details.
• Promote products and services to hospital staff and referral sources.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Handle payments and update delivery/ticking records as needed.
