Responsibilities

• Represent AdaptHealth professionally with patients, referral sources, and hospital staff.
• Maintain and increase revenue from hospital/facility orders.
• Fulfill equipment orders and ensure correct delivery and paperwork.
• Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use and maintenance.
• Handle insurance verification and communicate patient financial responsibilities.
• Process payments and obtain required signatures during delivery.
• Coordinate with departments to minimize delivery costs and ensure efficient service.
• Promote products and services during sales and service rounds in hospitals.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient confidentiality and compliance training.
