Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking a Patient Liaison to support hospital deliveries and patient care. You will handle equipment delivery, educate patients on use, verify insurance benefits, and communicate financial responsibilities using our electronic tools.

You will also develop knowledge of home equipment, assist with referrals, and promote AdaptHealth products and services to hospital staff and referral sources while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate Degree from an accredited college preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver equipment and teach patients how to use it in a timely, professional manner.
• Initiate insurance verification and communicate financial responsibilities to patients.
• Promote AdaptHealth products and services to hospital staff and referral sources.
