• Completes patient checkout; schedules follow-ups and referrals.
• Answers phones promptly; routes calls appropriately.
• Schedules/reschedules appointments per guidelines.
• Processes mail and faxes per guidelines.
• Prepares documents for scanning; maintains records.
• Coordinates physician schedules and practice coverage.
• Provides interpreter services when approved; translates as needed.
