Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, verify demographics, and ensure confidentiality.
• Verify insurance and assist with medical releases and referrals.
• Process co-payments and deposits, and reconcile payments.
• Coordinate communications with coworkers, providers, and patients.
• Check out and schedule follow-up visits, provide referrals as needed.
• Answer phones promptly and route to appropriate staff.
• Schedule/Manage appointments and maintain accurate records.
