Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage patient experience with warm, friendly greetings and confidentiality.
• Verify insurance and demographics; assist with releases.
• Handle co-pays and payments; balance cash drawer.
• Answer phones and direct to appropriate staff.
• Schedule appointments and manage reminders.
• Process mail and faxes; scans and releases.
• Maintain waiting area and provide interpreter services if needed.
• Coordinate with care teams and practice supervisor.
