Job summary

Valeris is seeking a patient-support professional to build trusted relationships with patients, explain benefits and coverage, and guide them through program enrollment and ongoing support. The role emphasizes compliance with healthcare regulations, clear communication, and empathetic service in a fast-paced setting.

The candidate should be able to manage calls, coordinate with internal teams, and document activities in the Lynk system, contributing to high patient satisfaction and program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Customer service and healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work an 8.5-hour shift between 8 am to 9 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish or Chinese/Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with patients by proactive communication and timely, accurate services.
• Ensure interactions comply with healthcare laws and regulations.
• Explain benefits and reimbursement information clearly to patients.
• Conduct program welcome calls to patients and explain services and resources.
• Provide information on products, including treatment, insurance coverage, and out-of-pocket costs.
• Triage patients to internal or external resources as needed.
• Document patient enrollment into the program per established rules.
• Support adherence services through nurse follow-up as applicable.
