Job summary

Valeris is hiring a patient services coordinator to build trusted relationships with patients, explain coverage options, and coordinate care within a compliant healthcare framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Customer service and healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work an 8.5-hour shift between 8 am to 9 pm, Monday to Friday required.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish or Chinese/Mandarin is a plus.
• Commitment to the mission of care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with patients by proactive communication and timely, accurate service.
• Ensure all interactions comply with relevant healthcare laws and regulations.
• Explain benefits, reimbursement and coverage options to patients clearly and accurately.
• Document patient enrollment and conversations in the Lynk system according to SOPs.
• Handle inquiries and escalate when needed, maintaining professional customer service.
