Job summary

Hartford HealthCare Medical Group is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to greet patients, register them, and maintain records. You will facilitate communication between patients and providers to ensure a positive experience and support efficient office operations.

Scheduling will provide timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate access while maintaining privacy standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED (or 2+ years in customer service) with Epic experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or at least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced medical office is highly preferred.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Positive, customer-focused approach with commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and register them; maintain records and accounts.
• Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Schedule appointments for timely, accurate, friendly, clinically appropriate access.
• Respond to incoming correspondence from patients and caregivers per privacy standards.
