Job summary

Hartford HealthCare Medical Group is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to greet patients, register them, and maintain records and accounts. You will facilitate communication between patients and providers and ensure a smooth, clinically appropriate patient access process.

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, handling inquiries from patients and caregivers, and upholding patient privacy standards in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED equivalent or 2 years customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced medical office highly preferred.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Positive, customer-focused approach, with commitment to providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, register them and maintain records and accounts.
• Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient access in a timely, accurate and friendly manner.
