Strong customer service skills, a high school diploma or GED, and EPIC experience are preferred for this role in

• High school diploma or GED is required or 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced medical setting.
• Relevant experience in a medical office is highly preferred.
• Epic experience is preferred but not required; ability to learn quickly is essential.
