Job summary

Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Patient Engagement Supervisor to lead a team of Engagement Associates who support families from enrollment through ongoing care. The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and ensuring a high-quality caregiver experience in a remote setup with occasional travel.

You will partner with Clinical, Operations, Market, and Population Health teams to drive enrollment, engagement, and satisfaction across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
• 3-5+ years of management/leadership experience in a call center, patient engagement, customer success, healthcare operations, or related environment.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Experience leading teams responsible for enrollment, customer engagement, patient outreach, care coordination, or relationship management recommended.
• Proficiency in Talkdesk or similar telephony platforms and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II through enrollment and longitudinal caregiver engagement.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide feedback, set goals, and support development.
• Ensure timesheets are accurate and approve scheduling changes and time-off requests.
• Provide ongoing coaching to improve associate effectiveness and performance.
• Monitor team performance against enrollment, outreach, and caregiver engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Market, and Population Health teams to support a coordinated member experience.
