Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled pediatric medical group focused on care for children with special health care needs. This remote role leads a team of Patient Engagement Associates, driving enrollment, caregiver engagement, and a high-quality member experience.

Occasional travel up to 20% is required, with preferred candidates in several states. The position emphasizes coaching, performance management, and collaboration with Clinical and Operations teams to improve outcomes and participation

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
• 3-5+ years of management/leadership experience in a call center, patient engagement, healthcare operations, or related environment.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Experience leading teams responsible for enrollment, customer engagement, patient outreach, care coordination, or relationship management.
• Proficiency in Talkdesk or similar telephony platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to coach teams through change while maintaining engagement and performance.
• Healthcare call center experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead and guide a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II supporting caregivers from enrollment through ongoing engagement.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide feedback, and support professional development.
• Ensure timesheets, scheduling, and attendance policies are followed; approve changes.
• Coach and develop team members to improve effectiveness, quality, and performance.
• Monitor enrollment, outreach, caregiver engagement, and experience metrics; drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Market, and Population Health teams to ensure a seamless member experience.
• Present performance data and recommendations to leadership as needed.
