Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors in person or by phone and address inquiries.
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments to optimize provider time.
• Verify benefits and obtain authorizations from insurance companies.
• Maintain patient records with accurate and timely data entry.
• Notify providers of arrivals and delays to keep appointments on track.
• Manage patient accounts and collect charges while protecting confidentiality.
• Follow policies, support team goals, and contribute to overall operations.
