Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and answer inquiries in person or by phone.
• Schedule, reschedule appointments and manage provider time.
• Complete insurance verifications and authorizations.
• Maintain patient records and accounts with confidentiality.
• Keep appointments on schedule and coordinate with providers.
• Assist with front desk tasks and goal attainment.
