Job summary

Ivy Health in Villanova, PA is seeking a Patient Coordinator to be the first contact for patients and to keep the clinic running smoothly through registration, scheduling and other front office tasks.

You will maintain accurate patient records, coordinate with the clinical team, and deliver friendly, high-quality service to patients and families in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Great time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations.
• Adaptability and positive attitude with fluctuating workloads.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors and support front office operations including patient registration and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate appointment management to ensure smooth clinic workflows.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and families in a multidisciplinary clinic setting.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support seamless patient experiences.
