Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide World Class customer service; remain attentive and respectful.
• Efficiently manage patient flow into and out of the clinic to minimize wait times.
• Assist patients with forms and ensure records are accurate and updated.
• Answer questions about appointments, fees, copayments, and services.
• Collect co-payments and verify referrals.
• Maintain a neat reception and waiting area.
• Perform cashier duties; balance visits and post daily totals in Instamed.
• Follow clinic procedures for check-in, payments, and check-out.
• Adhere to HIPAA and safety policies; communicate professionally with doctors and staff.
