Eye Care Group of Southern Oregon in Grants Pass is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming first point of contact for patients. You will handle scheduling, inquiries, and front desk tasks with a focus on accuracy and warmth.

In this role, you’ll support smooth patient flow, demonstrate excellent communication, and contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment. Training is available for the right candidate who is passionate about care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare experience a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with patients
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Positive, can-do attitude with strong organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly voice on the phone, assisting patients with scheduling and inquiries
• Greet and check in patients with a warm smile and professional demeanor
• Manage front desk tasks with efficiency and attention to detail
