Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and route messages to appropriate physician/staff.
• Provide high level of customer service to patients.
• Create patient cases and document interactions in EPIC.
• Schedule appointments and testing as requested.
• Register patients in EMR and verify demographics and insurance.
• Collect insurance co-pays and manage prior balances.
• Follow scheduling notes and coordinate visits across BHMG practices.
