Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a Patient Services Associate (PSA) for the PSP Orthopaedics department at Exton. The role supports front-desk activities, patient check-in/out, scheduling, and coordination with clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years medical office experience OR 2+ years customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient arrival/departure and check-in/check-out per practice protocol.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments; collect and verify insurance information.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure safety and privacy per regulatory standards.
• Communicate with clinical staff to optimize patient flow and care delivery.
