Stanton Optical in California is hiring a Doctor’s Technician to be the friendly first contact for patients, guiding them through visits and coordinating between clinical services and retail teams. You will deliver outstanding service, support sales, and help ensure a smooth patient experience from check-in to eyewear delivery.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and accuracy in performing pre-tests, assisting clinicians, and assisting in the lab to meet delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school or currently enrolled

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and facilitate sales and service promotions.
• Foster a strong partnership between retail and clinical services teams.
• Schedule appointments and collect patient history, perform basic pre-tests and tests as required.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and status tracking of orders.
• Maintain brand standards and assist in lab activities, including lens edging and basic repairs.
