Corewell Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join the team to deliver top-tier healthcare service to patients. You will work in registration, concierge, and clerical roles to support smooth patient flow.

You will greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, process registrations, verify insurance information, and help with check-out. Proficiency with EPIC and EMR scanning is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year technical certificate preferred depending on Corewell Health entity.
• At least 1 year of experience in insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, EHR, or related areas.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients as concierge and manage visitor communications.
• Handle clerical tasks including phone calls, scheduling, mail, and registration reports.
• Identify and remind patients of health maintenance gaps.
• Document patient calls in the EHR for routing and resolution.
• Register and check-in patients; assist with self-registration and arrivals.
• Assist check-out and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Maintain medical records and upload documents into EPIC.
• Support basic EMR/EHR scanning.
• Participate in safety initiatives and complete required competencies.
