Job summary

Kuresmart is seeking a Front Desk Representative in New Jersey to manage patient intake, registrations, and EMR data entry, ensuring accurate billing information and smooth flow of patient care. You will greet patients, collect payments, and schedule follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work with clinical staff, while adhering to HIPAA guidelines and maintaining professional standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Excellent written and oral communication with customers.
• Ability to work with doctors, staff and the public.
• Capable of multi-tasking and maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates flow of patient information across care continuum.
• Performs patient registration and data entry in EMR.
• Collects co-pays and balances; reconciles money daily.
• Schedules follow-up appointments and communicates with patients.
• Answers inquiries and provides office support as needed.
