Job summary

CompleteCare in Bridgeton, NJ seeks a detail-oriented receptionist for the Practice Manager area who will register patients, verify demographics and billing, and assist with kiosk registration. You will greet patients, maintain confidentiality, and support billing and scheduling processes in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires strong English communication, typing speed, and basic computer skills, with experience in healthcare terminology preferred and a willingness to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years receptionist/cashier or related experience; hospital/medical terminology preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English; basic computer literacy; typing 45 wpm; data entry; telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Registers patients for services, entering and verifying demographics and billing information.
• Assist patients with kiosk registration process.
• Provides excellent customer service; greets patients in person or by phone.
• Maintains confidentiality (HIPAA) and professional demeanor at all times.
• Verifies insurance and collects co-pays.
• Obtains patient information and signatures; scans documents.
