Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalent with CPR required; 1+ year of customer experience preferred.
• CPR certification active; proficient in basic PC operations and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and discharge patients with superior customer service.
• Input patient demographics and financial information at registration.
• Verify and update patient insurance information; explain co-pays and coverage.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance plans and Self-Pay options.
