Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of relevant experience in insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and resolve complex patient or customer issues.
• Assist with patient check-out and scheduling of appointments, referrals, and procedures.
• Review medical records and manage EPIC/EHR scanning and Right Fax uploads.
• Assist with training new team members and safety/compliance tasks.
