Corewell Health Campustowne – North location is seeking a Part-time Patient Services Representative to support registration, concierge, and clerical tasks. You will help patients navigate care, schedule appointments, and ensure accurate data entry in EPIC.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant experience in insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Register patients in treatment rooms and handle complex patient problems with discernment.
• Schedule appointments, referrals, procedures and manage medical records and entry in EPIC.
• Obtain or verify insurance authorizations and handle denials/appeals as needed.
• Assist training of new team members using standard work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
