Job summary

Now Optics, operating Stanton Optical brand, is seeking a Doctor's Technician to deliver outstanding patient service and support both retail and clinical teams. You will assist in facilitating sales and ensuring a smooth transition from clinical services to the store floor.

You will greet patients, conduct pre-tests, schedule appointments, and help with lens edging and order accuracy. A fast-growing optical retailer with strong benefits awaits driven professionals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school is required.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience with patients or customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group.
• Active listening and empathy toward patients.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and facilitate sales.
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient history in the system.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and ensure expectations are met.
• Maintain brand standards and perform housekeeping in-store.
• Edge lenses, assemble frames, and ensure on-time delivery of eyeglasses.
• Report equipment issues and ensure accuracy of orders.
• Track delivery times to patients and meet commitments.
• Other duties as assigned.
