Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician focused on delivering exceptional customer service at our on-site store. You will help guide patients through the clinical-to-retail flow, support sales, and uphold brand standards while coordinating with the lab and retail teams.

You will greet customers, schedule tests and appointments, process patient information, and assist with simple repairs to ensure timely eyeglasses delivery. A strong service mindset and teamwork are essential.

• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers at store entry to ensure an easy and memorable experience and promote available products and services.
• Foster a strong partnership between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and enter patient history into the system; perform pre-tests.
• Assist management with complaint resolution and communicate status of all jobs to ensure patient expectations are met.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping duties as needed.
• Assist with lens edging and assembly to expedite delivery of eyeglasses and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor lab area for equipment issues and order accuracy; report malfunctions.
• Track delivery times to patients to ensure 100% compliance with promises.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
